I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We had a lot of luggage and the staff found a room for us that was easy for us. The room was comfortable, with great nature view outside. It was quiet so we could sleep. There was a nice atmosphere in the Inn, and staying there fulfilled all our needs. Thank you!!
Our duplex was very spacious, well equipped and had lovely big beds. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed it more than evening meal in restaurant. It was really nice to have a noon leaving deadline so made the morning much more relaxing.
We stayed at this hotel after watching our daughter run the marathon as she lives in the area. The hotel is a fabulous building in a prime location, right in the heart of Dulwich Village. The room, although on the smaller side, was perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely helpful especially manager Tina who went out of her way to help us with two separate issues of our own, concerning our stay (nothing to do with the hotel) The breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order, quality products and generous. We would highly recommend this hotel and will be back if we are visiting and need a place to stay.
Staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Room was nice, breakfast very good and excellent value. Noise from pub was minimal (beer garden until 11 one night) and customers were moved on promptly. The pub itself was very pleasant. Fire alarm malfunction woke us, which was annoying, but staff were doing their best to get it fixed.
First of all, the staff are lovely! Super available, happy to help, and always smiling. We felt very welcome and the pub and hotel are great! The room was nice and clean, and it was nice to have a big window onto the terrace. We only ate there 1 evening, and the food was yummy. The only downsides were that the bed was a bit too hard for our liking and the pillows were a bit lumpy. Also the wifi was pretty bad and constantly disconnected. Maybe in room 3 it's a question of distance between the room and the modem? But we would happily come again and also will recommend it to our friends and family if they're thinking of staying in that area.
Booked quite late but received a lovely duplex room which suited us and teenage daughter. Wonderful breakfast, nice choices and enough to eat, quiet, comfortable room with decent beds to sleep easy on. Staff friendly and so helpful, really welcoming. Rochelle served us a satisfying breakfast impeccably and also made a special effort with drinks later on. Good wifi throughout, clean and nicely furnished modern spacious bathroom. Nice parking nearby plus some foodie shops and restaurants. Lovely area, very green and looked after.
We enjoyed everything about our 2 night stay. The location was convenient, the food was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable, and the check in-out process was smooth.
Duplexes are nice if you have kids. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed at this hotel 5 times. The pub connected with the hotel has expanded their menu and now office kids options.
